Dentre os artistas citados nos álbuns mais aguardados pela Pitchfork, há artistas como Foo Fighters, Queens Of The Stone Age, Taylor Swift, Christine and the Queens, Janelle Monáe, entre outros.
Além disso, a cantora Rihanna foi citada na lista, apesar de ainda não ter nome ou data previstos para seu próximo disco. Há outros nomes também que lançam seus trabalhos ainda no mês de maio, pois a matéria lista 46 discos aguardados para o verão norte-americano.
