Rolling Stone lista os 100 melhores álbuns de estreia de todos os tempos; confira

A Rolling Stone, uma das revistas musicais mais estimadas dos Estados Unidos, divulgou nesta sexta-feira (1º) um novo ranking – desta vez, com os melhores álbuns de estreia de todos os tempos.

A lista conta com artistas de diversas gerações e gêneros diferentes, que, de alguma forma, marcaram a indústria com seus trabalhos de debut.

Entre os citados, estão “Pure Heroine”, de Lorde, na 100ª posição. A banda britânica Arctic Monkeys aparece algumas posições acima, com o disco “Whatever People Say I Am, That’s What I’m Not”. Depois, o álbum “The Fame”, de Lady Gaga, ganha destaque: “O título parecia uma ilusão quando o álbum de Stefani Germanotta chegou em agosto de 2008 […] Na primavera de 2009, porém, Germanotta – conhecida como Lady Gaga – era de fato famosa”, fala o texto.

O ranking oferece algo para todos os gostos. É possível encontrar, entre os álbuns, títulos como “Sour”, de Olivia Rodrigo; o álbum autointitulado de Taylor Swift; “Invasion of Privacy”, de Cardi B e “Channel Orange”, de Frank Ocean.

Entre os discos Top 10, Billie Eilish se destaca por ter o trabalho mais recente da lista. A Rolling Stone posicionou o álbum “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” na 7ª colocação, e não poupou elogios para a artista americana.

“As batidas de seu irmão, giradas juntas em sua casa de infância em L.A., dobraram o poder de seus vocais sussurrados; criando um som tão estranho e arrepiante que fez a cena pop tremer”, diz a revista.
