Nesta segunda-feira, 22, a MTV revelou a lista dos indicados ao VMA 2019. Uma das premiações mais esperadas do ano, o VMA premia os artistas, clipes e músicas que mais se destacaram.
Nesta edição, Ariana Grande e Taylor Swift são as artistas que mais aparecem nas categorias, somando dez indicações cada. Em seguida aparecem Billie Eilish, com nove indicações, e Lil Nas X, somando oito.
Com apenas duas canções lançadas, Taylor Swift recebeu sete indicações com “You Need To Calm Down”. São elas: Vídeo do Ano, Música do Ano, Melhor Vídeo, Melhor Vídeo Pop, Melhor Direção, Melhor Edição e Melhor Direção de Arte.
Já com o single “ME!”, em parceria com Brendon Urie, a cantora se encaixou nas categorias de Melhor Colaboração, Melhor Efeitos Visuais e Melhor Cinematografia.
A 36ª edição do evento acontece no dia 26 de agosto, com apresentação do ator Sebastian Maniscalco, conhecido pelo seu trabalho humorístico no canal Comedy Central e na série “Stay Hungry”, da Netflix.
