Ty Dolla $ign e suas parcerias
Em entrevista para a radio, Ty Dolla confessou que sua parceria com o J. Cole aconteceu por mera sorte.
“Eu estava em um estúdio chamado Jungle City, em Nova York, trabalhando no álbum do Kanye West, “Yandhi”. Acontece que, na sala ao lado, estava o J. Cole. Quando eu o vi, foi tipo: ‘mano, eu tenho algo para tocar você’. Eu falei: ‘acabei de fazer uma música que eu acho que seria uma boa para nós dois’. Então, ele veio no meu quarto, eu mostrei a canção para ele e, imediatamente, ele fez o seu verso em apenas cinco minutos”.
Além dessa parceria com o Kanye West e J. Cole, o rapper também já apareceu em canções como “Work From Home”, do Fifth Harmony; “Or Nah”, com Wiz Khalifa e The Weeknd; “Tu Vecina”, do Maluma”; e mais outros incontáveis featurings.
